Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30 days from the date of purchase refund and return policy. All returns must pre-approved in advance. The item must be in new condition with all the original packaging including labels. Boots worn outside won't be eligible for Return or Refund. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the store. Please note, it can take 6 to 10 days for refund to appear on your credit statement. 

Note, special orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
